Meet our team
Jill Davis, Au.D.
Dr. Jill Davis holds a Doctor of Audiology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Cincinnati. She specializes in advanced digital hearing aid fittings and has extensive training and experience working with all major hearing aid manufacturers.
Dr. Davis' Audiology Leadership Roles:
- Director-At-Large: Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA)
- Education Committee Co-Chair: Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association (TSHA)
Dr. Davis has a passion for improving communication for patients and believes music has a significant impact on our ability to understand speech. She always adheres to Best Practices (established by the recognized professional organizations AAA, ADA, and ASHA), using comprehensive diagnostic assessment protocols.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, as well as playing tennis, reading and taking road trips.
Anna McCraney, Au.D.
Dr. McCraney earned her Doctor of Audiology Degree from Baylor College of Medicine and her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Wyoming. She is an industry expert in middle ear implants and a practitioner of teleaudiology.
Dr. McCraney joined Victory Hearing & Balance to provide diagnostic testing for Auditory Processing Disorder (APD), a condition she has. She has co-authored studies on middle ear implant outcomes and the Speech Perception Gap, a condition that prevents patients from achieving their treatment potential with hearing aids.
Dr. McCraney is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, the Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and the Austin Audiology Society.
Victor Davis
Victor Davis is the Practice Administrator for Victory Hearing & Balance. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the Texas Tech University Rawls School of Business. Austin has been his home since 1992.
Victor sits on the boards of several non-profits and has worked as a Program Director and Municipal Public Administrator for 28 years before retiring to help run the family practice. He enjoys traveling, cycling, hiking, playing golf and spending quality time with his family.
Valerie Gustin
Valerie Gustin is the Patient Care Manager for Victory Hearing & Balance. She is from California and now calls Austin home. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University.
Before joining the Victory Hearing and Balance Team, Valerie worked as a Practice Manager for a number of years. She has two married adult children and a new grandson. She enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, dining and spending time with her family and friends.
