Our philosophy is that a comprehensive audiological evaluation is the first step in getting help for your hearing problems. At Victory Hearing & Balance Center, we offer new patients a free hearing screening and consultation to see if a comprehensive exam is warranted. If so, and hearing aids are indicated, we will offer you sufficient information to determine what style and technology will work well for you. We offer patients a variety of hearing aid choices from prominent manufacturers. Our unique fitting process helps us determine an overall picture of your listening needs and instrument style
preferences, as well as your budget. Whether electing to use the latest in 100% high definition digital technology, programmable technology, or conventional hearing aids, all of our instruments have the highest patient satisfaction ratings in the industry. There is no one brand or style of hearing aid that works best for everyone. This is where our education as clinical audiologists and knowledge of hearing instruments is vital for hearing aid fitting success.

Allan Franklin, Au.D. is the owner and clinical director of Victory Hearing & Balance Center. He holds a clinical doctorate in Audiology from the University of Florida, a Masters in Audiology from the University of Colorado, and a Bachelors in communication, sciences, and disorders from the University of Texas. Dr. Franklin is board certified by the American Board of Audiology and a member of both the American Acade my of Audiology and the Academy of Dispensing Audiologists. He is licensed to practice audiology in both the Texas and California. Dr. Franklin is an adviser and contributing writer to Advance for Audiology, a professional trade journal.
Dr. Franklin specializes in advanced digital hearing aid fittings and has been published multiple times on the issue. He has advanced training and experience working with all major hearing aid manufacturers. Away from the office he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities but spending time with his family and friends takes priority #1.
